Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

The nightly rate varies depending on the season and demand. Typically the peak seasons are going to be between December - February and May - August. The low seasons (and cheapest times) are between March - May and September - November. Also, if you are able to come during the week it will be cheaper than the weekends.
